Generally, USPS Marketing Mail will take 3 to 15 days to deliver in-home depending on it's location (distance) from the point of entry into the system versus Presort First Class will deliver In-home 1 to 4 days anywhere from the point of entry into the system.
With regard to the automated postage rate for a 1 ounce letter, in very general terms, USPS Marketing Mail is approximately .29* each versus Presorted First Class mail is approximately .43* each for a difference of approximately .14 each
